Yes, you can extend your reservation at any time before the rental begins. Please note that this may impact the rental cost and is subject to availability. If you wish to extend your rental period after picking up the car, simply contact us for assistance.
What documents do I need to provide?
Please bring your driving license when collecting your car, ensuring you have held it for at least one year. A credit card is also required as a guarantee for your rental, even if you plan to pay in cash at the end. Additionally, you will need to provide your ID and passport.
What is the excess amount?
Excess refers to the amount you are responsible for in the event of damage or theft of the car, provided Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection are included in your booking. The exact amount is specified in your agreement
Will I have to leave a deposit ?
Yes, when you pick up the car, a deposit will be required to cover potential damage or theft during the rental. This amount will be temporarily blocked or charged to the main driver’s credit card and held for the rental duration. If the car is returned without damage, the deposit will be released or refunded. Please note that the refund process may take 7 to 21 working days, depending on your bank.
If the main driver’s card does not have sufficient funds for the deposit, the car may not be provided, or you may be offered additional insurance or coverage to waive the deposit requirement.
What should I do if my flight is cancelled / delayed?
If you included your flight details in your booking, we can track your flight and may hold the car for a short period. However, if your flight is delayed, it’s important to contact us as soon as possible to make the necessary arrangements.
What should I do when I pick up my car?
Inspect the car thoroughly. Walk around the vehicle and check the interior for any damage. If you notice any, ask the agent to document it on your rental agreement. Taking photos of the car’s condition is a good idea for your records.
Check the type of fuel the car uses. Open the fuel cap to confirm if it’s petrol or diesel—petrol may be labeled as “95.” If you’re unsure, ask the agent before driving off.
Before setting off, ensure everyone is safely strapped in. Take a moment to adjust the mirrors, position the seat, locate reverse, and familiarize yourself with the indicator controls.
Finally, identify a nearby petrol station on your way out. This will help avoid last-minute stress when refueling before returning the car.
Can I drop off later than my drop off time?
If you return the car later than the agreed time, the rental station will apply a late fee
Will I get the exact make and model which I have reserved?
We can only guarantee a car category, not a specific make or model. We offer vehicles from various manufacturers within the same category, all of which should have the same features as confirmed at the time of your reservation.
What should I do in case of emergency?
If the car breaks down or you are involved in an accident, contact the emergency number listed on your rental agreement. A representative will guide you through the necessary steps.
